We post/ship all orders out Mon - Friday. If you place an order Sat - Sun or after 4pm Mon - Friday your order will be sent the next working day.

Returns:
We offer a 7day money back guarantee if you are not happy with your item. Provided that the item you are returning is in perfect unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. You must include your confirmation invoice (No photocopies or copies of credit card or laser card statements will be accepted). Goods that are returned to us in the above order will be entitled to a full refund. All items reduced (special offer/sale) will not be entitled to a refund, but can be exchanged for other items. Provided they are in perfect unused condition, with all packaging and labels intact. You also need to include your confirmation invoice (No photocopies or copies of credit card or laser statements will be accepted). If you are exchanging for a more expensive item you must enclose a cheque or postal order for the difference. Items may not be returned after our 7day policy limit as you will not receive a refund or exchange. If any items bought on eye-candy have been used, you will not receive a refund.
All refund postage is the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you use a registered postage/shipping company.
